An entire event where the judges weren't needed!

TEN fights, TEN STOPPAGES! Yes, I'm not mistaken.
On May 31st, 2024, BKFC put on another prospect series card in Denver, Colorado, USA. And they finished off with a bang! Or ten, I guess.
I'll talk about the most notable stoppages of the night.
In the main event, Sawyer Depee (5-2, 5 KO's) earned his fifth BKFC victory with a first-round KO over Keegan Vandermeer (2-2, 2 KO's). The cruiserweight contender dropped the hometown favorite Vandermeer three times before securing his third straight victory. Not only was that Depee's fifth stoppage, it was his fifth first round KO! He made it clear post-fight that he wants that title shot. That would mean a fight with the current champ and pound for pound star Lorenzo Hunt (11-2, 9 KO's).
In the co-feature, debuting Denver welterweight Josh "Hellboy" Huber made a memorable first impression as he ran through the previously unbeaten Andrew "The Golden Boy" Yates (2-1, 1 KO) five times leading to the eventual fourth-round victory.
It's impossible not to like these prospect cards, especially when they all put on a show. It's a chance to shine in the spotlight that beams directly and solely on them. Something that other combat sports organizations have trouble doing sometimes.
Here are the rest of the results.
