BYB 31 RECAP AND RESULTS

And new and still! BYB 31 took centre stage Saturday night for another event full of action in the Trigon!

On September 21st BYB Extreme continued its stellar 2024 with a championship double header which included a rematch of the 2023 Fight of the Year between Lightweight champion Julio Tanori and former champion Mark Irwin.


In the co-main Lightweight champion Paty Juarez would face BYB newcomer Khortni Kamyron for the newly minted BYB Super Lightweight Police Gazette Diamond Belt. The top of the card delivered some fantastic action, while the rest of the slate complimented the event nicely. Below is the official press release provided by BYB Extreme.

BYB returned to Denver Saturday, September 21 for BYB 31 at the Stockyards Event Center, headlined by a pair of BYB Police Gazette World Diamond Belt championship match-ups.

 

Julio Tanori retained his BYB Lightweight title in a rematch with the man he won it from, Mark "The Shark" Irwin.  Tanori scored knockout of the night with a dominating 2nd round KO.  

 

In her BYB debut, Khortni Kamyron defeated BYB Lightweight champion Paty Juarez to win the inaugural BYB Super Lightweight Police Gazette Diamond Belt by 6th round TKO after doctor's stoppage.


The “Flawda Gremlin” Henry Williams improves to 5-2 after a slugfest with BYB newcomer Tommy Aaron that kicked off the night with the BYB 31 Fight of the Night.


Javon “Wolfman” Wright handed "Killa" Kylle McMillan his first loss after a 5-round unanimous decision. 


Mike “Bolo”  Santos brought his hometown crowd to its feet with a devastating 1st round knockout of “The Deadman” Art Parker.


Emil Markic impresses in his BYB debut, defeating Joey Angelo by 2nd round.


UFC veteran Cody East spoils Lucas Kailing’s pro debut with a first-round knockout.
