Mark your calendars, BYB 32 has been announced!
On Sunday August 11th, BYB Extreme announced that Scott McHugh will face Liam Rees in the main event of BYB 32 set in Leeds, England on October 12th.
McHugh is one of the most experienced bare knucklers of the modern era, with a 12-4 record that includes four wins by knockout. Across the Trigon will stand Liam Rees who doesn't have the experience of McHugh with only a 3-0 record, but in his most recent bout captured a BKB championship. McHugh, a former BKB champion himself, will likely be the betting favourite, winning eight of his last nine bouts. But the wear and tear of a long career could be a factor against the less experienced, but fresher Rees.

In the co-main event Harry Gigliotti continues to climb up the ranks following his win over the experienced Rusty Crowder. 2-0, with a KO to his name, Gigliotti will enter the toughest match of his career to this point against Joshua Oxendine. Oxendine, a former world title challenger, came up short to then champion Mark Irwin, but made his return to the ring early this year; a third round knockout over Alexander Sitarchuk would put the North Carolina product back in the win column.
In a stacked and exciting division like lightweight, that includes Julio Tanori, Irwin, and Jon Barnard. Gigliotti and Oxendine could also insert their name into the title picture with a win in this co-main event.
While there are sure to be plenty of great matchups added in the coming weeks, with a top half like this one, BYB certainly has lots to build on for another solid card of bare knuckle action!
